WHY WE ARE WATCHING: Announcing The Frendozer Project

Public trust is not an accomplishment or achievement of local government, it is their constituents God and Government granted right, and a clear legal expectation.

The Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District (RID) has long operated with the assumption that its administrative actions, emergency response failures, and internal vendettas would remain hidden behind a veil of bureaucratic obscurity. The Board and its employees have assumed that the small community in the cove that they serve are either too misled, too distracted or too intimidated to demand accountability.

Those assumptions will be openly and publicly proven as foolish, negligent, and malicious, starting today.

The Frendozer Project has been established to serve as the independent auditor of the Shelter Cove RID and other municipalities in the future. We are a transparency initiative dedicated to the rigorous documentation of municipal malpractice. We believe that public records belong to the public, and not to the small group of officials who believe they can edit or selectively release the narrative to protect their careers.

What you can expect to find here:

• The Malice Archive: We are publishing correspondence that exposes a pattern of retaliatory conduct and written admissions of bad faith from District leadership.
• The Spoliation Log: When a government body suddenly “guts” its own website following the service of a Legal Hold, it isn't maintenance; it is an admission of guilt. We are actively archiving what they are trying to obscure from public view/access.
• The Federal Audit: We are documenting every step of our pending federal civil rights litigation against those who have violated the First Amendment and committed procedural fraud against the people of this community.

We are not interested in opinions. We are interested in evidence, discovery, and the rule of law. We are here to ensure that when public officials engage in retaliation, their actions are placed under a microscope and their liability—both institutional and personal—is fully realized.

The District leadership may try to purge the records, but the archive is live, and the files are permanent.
